The concept of urban sprawl spans multiple dimensions indicating how built-up land cover adds up throughout exurban landscapes. These different require a re-examination definitions and their driving forces because certain policies were formulated from the proposition informed knowledge have implicitly gratified into adjoining peripheries. This article aimed to offer an alternative perspective on sprawl, contributing better comprehension its definition forces. revision six categories been done based repercussion, unaesthetic design, force, undesirable pattern, extended character, consequences environment, assist in giving in-depth understanding order implicate effective policy actions. A various socioeconomic, institutional, demographic, market technological factors further support research spatial planning growth.
